The Prime Minister's Advisor on Human Rights and Gender Equality Lela Akiashvili held a working meeting with civil society organizations working on human rights, anti-discrimination and equality. The meeting was dedicated to Chapter 15 of the Governmental Action Plan for 2018-2020. Discussions were centered around hate-motivated crime, raising awareness and qualifications on sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) issues as well as improving social and health services based on SOGI specifics. Lela Akiashvili noted that it is important to fulfill the obligations undertaken in 2018 in the form of adopting Chapter 15.
